PROTECT: Defending Liberty, Life, and the American Way

Restoring the past and reforming the structure mean little if we don’t also protect what remains. In this generation, liberty is not simply slipping away, it is being actively assaulted. By corrupt institutions, tyrannical policies, lawless ideologies, and cowardly leadership. That is why the third and final pillar of our campaign is Protect, to safeguard what is sacred, to shield what is true, and to preserve what is right for our children and grandchildren. If we fail to protect liberty now, they may never know it again.

A Time to Take a Stand. Colorado has become a testing ground for every radical social experiment, from gender ideology in schools to forced public health mandates, economic centralization, and anti-family policies. Our rights are being violated, not just in theory, but in practice. Free speech is suppressed. Religious freedom is attacked. Parental authority is undermined. The right to bear arms is restricted. Medical choice has been replaced with state mandates. Private property is targeted by growing regulatory control. The truth is simple: we are being disarmed, silenced, taxed, tracked, and controlled, by design.

We cannot ignore these attacks. We must meet them with truth, courage, and constitutional action.

Protecting Children and Families. If we cannot protect the next generation, then nothing else matters. The first duty of government is to safeguard the vulnerable, and no one is more vulnerable than our children. Yet today, the state actively undermines parents, indoctrinates students, sexualizes classrooms, and threatens families who dissent from its agenda.

As Governor, I will defend the rights of parents to raise and educate their children according to their faith and conscience. I will support school choice, ban radical gender and sexual ideology from K-12 education, and require transparency in all curricula. I will defend Christian schools and homeschoolers from government intrusion. And I will fight to protect children from exploitation, trafficking, and the erosion of innocence.

Children belong to God, not to the government. And parents are the guardians of that sacred trust, not the state.

Protecting the Bill of Rights, All of It. Our rights do not come from man; they come from God. And government exists to secure them, not redefine them. Yet in Colorado, every major right is under attack:

• The First Amendment is being gutted. Speech is policed. Churches were shut down while casinos stayed open. Citizens are told what they cannot say, believe, or pray. That ends under my watch.

• The Second Amendment is being strangled. Law-abiding gun owners are treated like criminals. Firearm businesses are being regulated out of existence. I will protect your right to bear arms, not just for sport or hunting, but as a defense against tyranny.

• The Fourth Amendment is at risk. Surveillance, tracking, and data-harvesting by both government and corporations have exploded. We must stop unlawful data collection and protect Coloradans’ privacy and autonomy.

  
  

No freedom is safe unless all freedoms are defended. I will fight for every amendment, without compromise and without apology.

Protecting Colorado’s Sovereignty and Borders. Colorado is a sovereign state. Yet federal overreach, international influence, and open-border chaos are threatening our laws, resources, and safety. Illegal immigration is driving crime, trafficking, and economic strain, while lawful immigrants and citizens suffer the consequences.

As Governor, I will work with local sheriffs, counties, and legal authorities to secure Colorado’s borders, deport criminal illegals, and refuse federal mandates that violate our Constitution. We will uphold the rule of law, not sanctuary for lawlessness. Immigration must be legal, limited, and lawful, not weaponized for political power.

Protecting the Economy and Property Rights. We must protect the people of Colorado from economic tyranny just as surely as political tyranny. Property rights are sacred. Small businesses are essential. Farmers and ranchers are the backbone of our state, and they are being crushed by regulation, taxes, and climate policies rooted in globalist ideology rather than local need.

I will protect private property, eliminate unconstitutional land-use mandates, and stop environmental extremism from destroying our agricultural and energy sectors. I will restore freedom to work, earn, build, and produce without asking for permission from bureaucrats. The free market, not government central planners, must drive prosperity.

Protecting the Constitution from the Courts and Corporations. Today’s threats to liberty don’t just come from government, they also come from weaponized courts and woke corporations. Judicial activism has rewritten laws and silenced voters. Tech giants and financial institutions have become ideological enforcers, punishing dissent and deplatforming the faithful.

As Governor, I will appoint only constitutional judges who uphold original intent. I will challenge unconstitutional rulings and defend the rights of Coloradans against federal judicial abuse. I will also work with the Legislature to protect consumers and workers from digital censorship, financial discrimination, ESG mandates, and other forms of corporate coercion.

Freedom must be protected on every front, legal, digital, economic, and spiritual.

Protecting Our God-Given Identity. Above all, we must protect truth itself, the truth that we are created in the image of God, male and female. That life begins at conception. That marriage is a sacred union between a man and a woman. That there is right and wrong, good and evil, and that government has no authority to redefine morality.

As Governor, I will stand without compromise for the biblical, biological, and moral truths that anchor our civilization. The government did not create gender, life, family, or faith, and it cannot lawfully or morally redefine them. We must protect what is eternal from the corruption of the temporary.

This Is the Line in the Sand. We have reached the line. To restore and reform Colorado, we must first protect it. From bad ideas. From evil ideologies. From unconstitutional authority. From corruption in every form. The role of righteous government is not to invent new powers, but to preserve the ancient rights.

Our enemies are not just political. They are spiritual. And the battle we are fighting is not just about policy, it’s about identity, destiny, and eternity.

I will not stand by while freedom falls. I will fight to protect the rights of every law-abiding Coloradan. I will defend our land, our families, our faith, and our future. Because if we lose liberty here, we may not get it back again.

This is the Protect we need.
